DISCOVER GOD’S PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE!
At Millersburg Assembly, we want to come alongside you as the plan God has for your life develops. We believe God’s plan is the BEST plan for your BEST life!
Growing spiritually should be something that takes place as you come to know Christ in a personal way as you worship Him not only in the context of a church service but also as you live your daily life.
We are a church filled with people who have needs and struggles along the way, just like you. We know these needs and struggles are welcome at the Cross, and we are so thankful that we don’t
You will find our services to be filled with vibrant worship music which is led by our Worship Pastor, Justin Gruber. We believe the Bible is clear that it’s “ok” to praise God by clapping our hands and/or lifting our hands in worship. Words are projected on the screen to enable the worshipper to become more involved in worship without having a hymn book or chorus book to fumble with. Most of the music is on the contemporary side, with some of the hymns mixed in as well.
You will see a wide variety of age groups represented as well as we realize the Word of God has no age limitations. While the Children’s Church is available, you will find that the Word of God is shared in such a way that you don’t have to be a Scholar to understand it, then apply it to your life. Even during the preaching, Scriptures are displayed on the screen, but of course, you are always welcome to follow along in your Bible either in paper or on your favorite device.
The moment you walk in the doors, you will be welcomed by our Greeters who will be able to assist you with any questions you may have. They will also hand you a bulletin which is filled with announcements about upcoming events. If you arrive between 9:30 and 10:15, we would encourage you to go to the left of the foyer where you will find free coffee and refreshments available. (We do ask that refreshments stay outside the Sanctuary).
The service usually lasts from 10:30 – 12:00, however, we do not allow the clock to dictate our services. We allow the Spirit of God to move and at times, it could go beyond this time frame.
