Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to evangelize the lost, exalt God, and equip believers to fulfill
the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20)

The vision of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to present Christ in a relevant, creative and caring way to all
unsaved and unchurched people while providing and environment where
people from Dauphin and surrounding counties can grow to their
potential in Christ.
The purpose of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to evangelize the lost, exalt God, and equip believers to fulfill

The church must be committed to effective Bible teaching
The church must be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally
pure.
Loving relationships must permeate the church.
Reaching lost people is important to God.
The church is a community of servants using their God given gifts and
talents.
God receives honor when men and women use their God given gifts to
glorify Him.

Life change best occurs in small group settings.
Striving for excellence honors Christ and captures the attention of
non-churched people.
Full devotion to Christ and His cause is normal.
This church is a local expression of the worldwide body of Christ.
