Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to evangelize the lost, exalt God, and equip believers to fulfill
the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20)
Statement of Vision
The vision of Millersburg Assembly of God is
to present Christ in a relevant, creative and caring way to all
unsaved and unchurched people while providing and environment where
people from Dauphin and surrounding counties can grow to their
potential in Christ.
It's important to know WHAT we believe,
and WHY we believe it!
With this in mind, we want to invite you to a new Message Series that
will be held throughout the remainder of January entitled "iVALUE - AG
CORE BELIEFS".
Two years after its founding, the Assemblies of God established 16
doctrines as a standard to reach, preach and teach its people. These
doctrines became our Statement of Fundamental Truths. Four of these
truths are considered our core beliefs due to the key role they play in
reaching the lost and building the believer and the church both now and
for the future.
These four Core Beliefs will be shared
as follows:
1. SALVATION - January 10
What is Salvation? Why do I need it? Is it possible to "lose my
Salvation", or walk away from it? Who needs Salvation? How is Salvation
received? Visit our Sermon Page for
the sermon...

WE WILL POST EACH DISCUSSION FOLLOWING
THE SUNDAYS WE SHARE ON THE TOPIC.
2. HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM - January 24
What is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit? Do I need this to be a
Christian? Why should I desire this? Is it scriptural, and if so, is it
really for today? Who qualifies? And more... Visit our Sermon Page for
the sermon...
3. DIVINE HEALING - January 31
What is Divine Healing? Is it the same as natural healing? Is everyone
healed, and if not, why not? Does God still do miracles of healing? And
more...
4. SECOND COMING - February 7
Does anyone know for sure when it will happen? How will it differ from
the First Coming? Who will be raptured? What is God waiting for, or why
is it taking so long for
Christ to return? And more...
